They gave me complex program and told to find solution using pen and paper within 5 minutes. I tried to arrive at the solution but they stopped me saying that my approach is wrong. They asked few technical questions and the lady who conducted interview did not bother to smile and looked like she is not even interested in talking to me. She was in a hurry to finish the interview and reject me. She just asked one question and decided that I do not have coding knowledge. It is highly impossible to arrive at any solution without access to proper tools. Just because a guy does not write complex code in paper exactly in the way you expect does not mean that he does not have any knowledge or experience. I had even proposed myself to work for less salary I mean 37000 per month but they do not want me. Come on guys do you want experienced people to work for freshers salary? 37k per month is fresher salary in CTS and if you cannot pay industry standard salary please do not invite experienced guys for interview.
