The hiring process consisted of multiple stages: First, a preliminary screening call with the recruiter to discuss background and role alignment. Next, a conversation with the hiring manager to explore technical expertise and team fit. Following that, an online assessment (OA) to evaluate coding skills and problem-solving abilities. Finally, an onsite interview day for comprehensive technical evaluations, system design discussions, and team culture assessment.

Coding Challenge style of questions followed by a system design challenge that includes easy and medium problems to solve. Done on the whiteboard with the help of interviewers back and forth
