I've had contact with 3 recruiters for different roles in Adobe. I verified that all 3 directly worked for Adobe. All have been unimpressive. Recruiter #1: I applied for role, Recruiter scheduled interview, 10 minutes before interview recruiter had something come up and asked to reschedule, I sent additional date options and recruiter rescheduled for a few days later. Recruiter #2: I applied for role, Recruiter scheduled interview, 10 minutes before interview recruiter had something come up and asked to reschedule, I sent additional date options. Didn't hear back. I waited 5 business days and sent recruiter a follow up saying I was still interested. Again, no reply. Recruiter #3: Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn saying I was a great match for a role and asked to schedule a call. I sent date/time options and my resume. No follow up from recruiter.
