A recruiter contacted me and initiated the process. I went through 2 interviews, the final involved a presentation with a case study I had to present to the hiring manager. I was ghosted completely after the interview process. After putting in all the work to prepare a presentation, they couldn't even get back to me to tell me the status of my application, or if they had filled the position. I even followed up with the recruiter requesting feedback and got no response. Throughout the interview process they were very accessible and responsive, but completely ghosted with no response as soon as the interview was over.
