Screening by recruiters then set up the first interview. Normal video interview via Teams call. 30 minutes. 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. Not special one, very typical tech company interview.

I wish I had good reviews to bring here, but it was... complicated. It was perhaps one of the worst interviews I've ever done. The recruiter clearly didn't want to be there, she interrupted me, she was rude... I don't know, I really didn't understand their screening process. Despite her telling me that she would get back to me in a week, she ghosted me and I had to ask about the position twice, until she got back to me saying that she would not proceed with the application. I sent an email and never received anything back. very strange and disappointing. Kind of a red flag...
