The HR team at Adobe were good at co-ordinating diaries between all parties. However, the feedback I was told I would be given after the 4th round of interviews did not arrive.

Entrevista
Two rounds of interviews after an internal referral. The first interview was more contextual about the TAM environment, account management accomplishments, etc. The second interview covered more contextual questions about technical abilities in reading/interpreting code, problem-solving frameworks, and escalation processes.

The best interview ever in my 10 years of job search. The HR executives were also great. When it comes my turn to inquire more about the role specifics, the interviewers were also helpful and they were really sincere in answering their questions.
