Terrible process - disorganized and inconsistent. The worst part about it was the pace. I felt that I never knew where I stood in the process. Very bad feedback about my position as a candidate. Sadly, I think that these criticisms aren't uncommon to an interview process with a large company today. It felt like being lost at sea on a raft made from palm fronds.
