Thorough. 3 step interview process. First two are simple interviews where employees try to get to know you, ending with the third part, being a presentation to senior management around a particular business case that is given to you.

- Submitted CV online
- Received a phone call and had a 20/30 minute phone interview (without prior warning)
- Invited to assessment/interview day about a week later (2 rounds of interviews and a presentation)
- Offer was made a couple of days later
Overview:
Very quick and streamlined interview process, especially for a graduate programme. Had a point of contact throughout the whole process who promptly answered any questions I had. The team were extremely friendly and welcoming. Delighted to have accepted an offer!
