The process started with a non-technical phone interview and was followed a few days later by a series of in-person interviews at the Adobe campus in Lehi, UT. The in-person interview was by 4 separate people/groups. First was an interview by the two developers on the team, the second was by a lead developer from a related department, the third was by the the department director and the fourth was by two people from marketing. I wasn't asked any skill assessment related questions only hypothetical questions about what I would do in certain situations.

There were total 4 rounds.
Interviews were heavily based on problem solving & testing, automation
Test plan creation. In each round, there was a DSA problem asked along with testing concepts
Technically challenging , questions were around DSA and system design.
Problem solving approach is most crucial aspect. How a person approaches a question is most important thing instead of correct code?

All rounds went smooth but in managerial round the manager kept on saying “why you switched so many campanies” over and over again multiple times throughout the interview. I answered all the technical questions and got the offer but I should have taken the hint, there is too much micromanagement and toxic culture within document cloud. Not recommended.
