it was easy online and on the phone. Then it was a "meet and greet"- and it was just terrible! Its set up like a cult- everywhere it was clown masks, spooky decorations..and a forced engendered spirit of "positivism" ... i don't mind a vision statement and an occasional party- but this was like a cult. It was the weirdest corporate experience. I've worked in insurance for 12 years in a range of positions- and they said I did not possess the skills.
