Entrevista
All process was very smooth and good. After 1 week after applying for the job, they send me an email to do a regular project. Next, I had a meeting with HR. After that, I had a live coding meeting with 2 technical guys and finally, I had a meeting with 3 people in different teams. After each step, they respond to me very quickly and I love that. All people were professional and questions were standard.

I sent in an application via email and a few days later I got an email back from the HR asking me to complete a take-home task. I was given 3 days to complete the task and I feel that it was fair considering that people are usually busy with their schedules.
After completing the task, a few days later, the HR lady contacted me for a skype meeting to introduce the company, as well as for me to introduce myself. It lasted about 30 minutes long and it was conducted on Skype. The conversation was natural and did flow quite well, it did not seem scripted although you could tell the HR representative had some talking points.
The next stage was an interview with the hiring lead, who was also very nice, but this interview kind of felt very robotic and scripted. It seemed like the interviewer had a series of questions that he needed to ask and he stuck to that particular script. It did not leave much room for free discussion, except for at the very end when I got the opportunity to ask questions of my own. This one lasted for about 45 minutes.
The next step was a pair-programming interview, which was conducted by the hiring lead, and the tech lead I suppose. The questions themselves were not very difficult and the 2 interviews showed they were quite experienced. I made sure I vocalized my thoughts and they would chip in to help where I made an error. I managed to answer most if not all the problems that they had prepared, but with their help of course. I had never really had a pair-programming session before so I was quite nervous and that made me make some unnecessary mistakes and inefficiencies. The session did not feel very open to discussion as well, it felt rather scripted.
A few days later, I got an email that they will not be hiring me which I totally understood given the fact that they were quite experienced and I had not given my best performance during the pair programming exercise.
The process was rather lengthy for my liking but I understand they would be trying to get the most perfect fit for their roles.
