Its very easy because I interviewed for internship and they have taken only 1 round and after that I got selected. They only ask about yourself, education and will you work that's it
It was smooth and we were getting regular feedbacks. There was no miscommunication and clarity was laid at every point. The panel was great and we had a good conversation along with a well paced interview.

Gd and PI and then assiment test and then group discussion and then technical round and then hr round and then the salary disussion and then the location priority and then the job role and how day to day looks in adity birla group
It was all about the shorlisting based on test and then 3 interview rounds. First round was the HR round and then 2nd is more of a technical one then last was mixed of 2.
