The interview process starts with a written test you submit, then if you pass they will give you a call. If they feel like you need more experience on your resume they will ask you to complete projects so you can pad your resume and present them to employers looking better. After you agree to their salary verbally, they will send an offer letter. They are very pushy, sometimes calling three times a day and emailing.
