My recommendation to any potential interviewee would be to steer clear of Aden Omnet and Adens Tyres. Initially the interview process appeared hopeful. However, I found Aden Omnet to be very unprofessional throughout. During contract negotiations, Aden Omnet intentionally used both his language and tone to belittle me and my skills, in an attempt to lower my worth. After declining an offer of employment from Aden Omnet, he then set out to destroy my confidence and threatened my reputation. My claims are supported by the content of the emails I have received from Aden Omnet. I truly feel as though ‘I’ have dodged a bullet, especially after speaking to both past employees and customers, some of who have had to take legal action against Aden Omnet It is also very disappointing to hear that Aden Omnet and Adens Tyres has previously been embroiled in a very messy Employment Dispute. This is something you would normally want to be informed of BEFORE taking on the role of COO for a company.
