I spoke with one of the Project Managers on the phone a few times and then decided to set up a meeting outside of the office. That meeting was very casual. I spoke about my interests and talked about what it was like with the company; the good, the bad, and the ugly. At the formal interview I met with the whole project management team. The normal questions were asked. I was also asked to take a Kolbe test, which is a skils/personality test.
