Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Adelphi Research

      Entrevista

In the first screening with recruiter, she had the wrong role that I applied for and was quite dismissive and not apologetic when I corrected her. She said the role I applied for was not supposed to be posted, then said it was. It did not give me the best first impression, but I was genuinely interested in the role and company and wanted to continue on to meet the team. Then had first video interview with 2 directors/team leads who were very kind and informative. I was excited to continue on with the opportunity. I then moved onto the final round of two 30 minute video interviews with other team members (4 people in total). Two of whom seemed very uninterested in the entire interview, which was quite disappointing given this would be the team I'd be working with. They also pulled up a data question on the spot that was not at all related to healthcare or pharma ("look at this and give advice to the bakery") which threw me off. The other two team members were kind and asked thoughtful questions/answered thoughtfully with anything I asked. I tried to inquire who my direct manager would be, and they said they assign based off "personality." I've never heard that approach before and not sure how you can decide that in a 30 minute interview.. A manager can really impact your work experience so I did not love the answer to that question given some of the other team members I had met. For the final round I also had to choose a pharma market research topic from a list they provided and create a 10 minute presentation on it. The topic was interesting and I spent a large amount of time preparing for it. I presented in the final round and they asked a few questions and said I should hear their decision within a week. I didn't hear anything so at close to 2 weeks I reached out for an update and received an automatic rejection template email. I followed up asking for feedback, given the amount of people I spoke to and the presentation and did not receive a response. I know feedback cannot be provided for everyone, but I find it quite unprofessional to have not even sent a rejection email unless I reached out, especially when candidates have gone through multiple rounds and spent a lot of time working on a presentation. In their emails, they say: “We strive to ensure that every candidate has a great overall experience with Omnicom Health. We understand that sometimes delays can occur, leaving candidates feeling uncertain. We never want you to feel this way. Here at Omnicom Health we believe Feedback is fuel, so we welcome any you may like to share via our candidate feedback survey”. I find this ironic given how the interview process was conducted, and no feedback given.
