Entrevista
I’d compare their hiring and interview process to herding sheep, which is exactly how I felt on the day of my interview. I arrive on time to what I thought was an interview but was instead a group interview with all of the other applicants for the role.
I was approached by a rude and arrogant member of their HR staff who instead of saying “Hello” and offering a handshake, said “who are you?” and handed me a clipboard with a series of approximately 20 pieces of paper and told to fill it in and most of which was information and questions they’d already asked through the online recruitment process. I had a brief read through the paperwork and left the recruitment centre.
The HR staff then had the gumption to call my mobile after the day of “interviews” to ask whether “I was okay” where I advised her she was rude, disrespectful and treated her candidates like sheep. She rapidly defensively responded with “but that’s our recruitment process”. I advised her that I didn’t care about their process and told them to consider picking up their game and hang up.

A group interview where you had to describe yourseld, answer questions based on customer service and arrange situations given based on priority. The interview takes only around half an hour and is a stressfree process.
first when you arrive, they gave you a paper for a writing interview question. Then you got called to another room for a 1:1 interview after (in the same day) ..the process wasn't too long, mine was roughly 30mins to an hour.
