El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Adecco (Mahwah, NJ) en nov 2009
Entrevista
The interview process was just one day. You go into there offices and you have a one on one interview in the atrium of the facility. You meet with the Adecco Rep, they go over the temporary assignment with you and if you think you feel comfortable and able to take on the job. They let you know how long the assignment is and they tell you that you need to take a drug test. It's not really much of an interview, it's more so we found you an assignment, do you want it. If you choose to take the assignment, most of the time you'd have a second interview/meeting with your direct supervisor for the assignment. If they like you, they'll take you, if not Adecco tries to find you another assignment. Adecco also makes it clear that they are not a Temp to Hire agency and if you want full time work you have to apply for positions yourself, because they don't assist you in that process.

Pregunta 1
The questions aren't really difficult, questions depend on the type of assignment you have. Mostly they ask about your schedule and other responsibilities you may have.
Initial screening call with recruitment for a high level overview of role and responsibilities.
This was then followed by an in person group interview on site.
The follow up was a few weeks later via email with interview feedback.
