An interviewer with no experience in the field interviewed me, asking questions to figure out my attitude and expected salary range, but nothing very specific. All very generic. She was nice however they are supposed to interview people about fields they don't know a thing about. Purely HR staff.
the entire process was an average experience but in certain sense the people there are friendly and helpful for me not much comments but overall is okay but can be improved in terms of the experience
Primo colloquio conosciuto per poi fare una giornata di assessment in cui abbiamo dovuto affrontare prove prima da soli e poi in gruppo e successivamente un colloquio individuale nel pomeriggio
Smooth and punctual with good questions but sometimes they just ghost you. Please know more about the job that you’re posting and inform candidates if you need to cancel. Time is important for candidates as well. And some take the day off to attend interviews.
