Applied through Linkedin and got contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview. Sat down with them for roughly 45 min, they asked me questions related to past experiences and they use the STAR method when interviewing.

I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. We set up a phone interview that lasted about 30 mins - 1 hour. She was very friendly, informative and professional. I had an in-person interview with the director of HR and a current employee. They were very accommodating, friendly and professional. They were prepared, had my resume and questions ready to ask me. I was contacted the next day with an offer but had to decline due to personal reasons. Overall, it was a great experience and I wish this company nothing but luck!
