If I could sum it up, I'd say this company lies to get people to accept a job offer then doubles back on it. Process was straightforward, spoke with an internal recruiter and was asked if I was available for 2 hours later that week, in person. Was told by internal recruiter that most jobs were direct hire and "professional" jobs -- we determined *THAT* was a lie. Turns out, it's basically a temp agency that takes a ton off the top of hourly folks at menial call center jobs. No thanks! Note: They're renting a coworking space in SLC and seem to be delusional about why recruiters must be in office 5 days a week (seriously, to make calls?). It was 55 degrees in the office, and I'd been told it had been all week because the AC was wonky? Yet the one poor person working there couldn't WFH until it was fixed? I wouldn't say I "didn't get an offer" as much as I never responded to any of their callbacks. Interview was very stiff and one of the interviewers said about 5 words beyond his canned questions.
