The addepar took 7 rounds of interviews. But after last round I will get a rejection mail from recruiter. If they knows the candidate are not well suited for the role then it will be better you can reject them in first 2-3 rounds. Otherwise this process is Totally waste of time & candidate fall trust in company & never want to attained the interview again

Entrevista
Had 7 rounds of interview for 6 weeks.
I am sure I have done best 6 out of 7 rounds but still got rejected.
1) Discussion with HR
2) Technical background with Hiring manager
3) Behavioural interview
4) Leadership
5) Technical deep dive
6) IT Support team collaboration but faced technical questions on this round as well.
7) People team interview
They expect 100% matching candidate. They will reject even if they get candidate with 99% matching score. Guys don't waste your time trying to get job here. Better invest your time elsewhere. Definitely you will get better opportunities.

Entrevista
I started the first stage interview with HR. The woman that was interviewing me was disinterested and distracted since the beginning. She as making questions, but then it seemed like I was bothering her with my answers. Eventually she just pushed to say this is not the role for me, despite me knowing what I applied for and willingly accepting the interview. It was like if since before starting the interview she wanted to find excuses to reject me.
Maybe I wrote something wrong in the CV? But why would you even invite me to the first round if you have no intention to listen to what I have to say?
When she asked about my goals, I emphasized my interest in personal development and becoming a software engineer one day.
Enormous mistake, as she used this to establish the role was not suitable for me despite me having 3+ years of work experience in the job title advertised.
