Entrevista
After applying I was contacted by a member of HR, who was my point of contact through the interview process. Following this I was put forward for a 1st stage interview with a more senior member of staff alongside my HR contact. Following this I was assigned a task to complete in my own time ahead of the final interview which was in person with the department head and the line manager for my role. Following this interview I head back within 5 days with the results of my interview.

What is an opinion you hold that few others would agree with?
The interview process had three stages (initial phone screening, video, in person). The interviewers were very friendly and supportive, making it feel more like a genuine conversation rather than a test. Overall it was a really positive experience!

Entrevista
Two stage interview process, the first stage of which was a 1 hour online interview with one of the recruitment team and one of the technical team senior members. A range of questions were asked in this stage, relating to personality/values and also some questions relating to my understanding of google ads/analytics. The second stage was an in person interview with the technical team manager and a senior member of the technical team. Questions were quite similar to the first stage but a bit more depth was required in my answers.
