Interview starts from serias of personal questions (nothing related to work experience) noone really cares are you comfortable with that or no, like you meet people 5min ago and need to reply how often you drink, what you like to drink are you smoking and what brought you to this country etc....After series of such questions you already start to feel pretty uncomfortable and stressed. And then starts tech questions, without any interest in your experience, generally goes pretty pushy and stressful noone really aiming to help somehow to have discussion more like to push to get reply, without understanding that I have no experience with some things. Noone really cared to follow the time, interview was delaying for more then 30min and noone really cared that I might have other things to follow. The most unprofessional interview I ever had in my live.
