Notwithstanding live conversation on the conference as well as several emails to various people in the company, I could not get to initial interview although having a relevant background.
Got "Thank you for the interest in our company..." automatic reply.
There could be a better job from recruitment team...

Entrevista
I applied for a Junior role. The first step was a preliminary phone screening with the one of the People team and one of the Senior members. This included general questions about me, my experience and my knowledge about Adatis (e.g. values, culture etc) followed by some basic technical questions one can find in the job description. The next step was a face-two-face meeting with an 1hr long technical test (produce a report with given dataset and chosen tool - I chose Excel + Power BI), a 2hr long conversation and a short presentation which I had to deliver on a chosen topic (got a list of them in the invitation mail). The conversation with two Senior members was relaxed and informative, and helped me get a better understaning of the role, team and the company. Everyone was friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. And what's most important during the conversation I got very quickly that Adatis values its people most.
