Declined after speaking with a recruiter. One of the worst recruiter calls I've ever experienced. The recruiter was terse; they were clearly having a bad day and had no ability to hide it. No info about the company given, just behavioral questions- seemed disinterested in selling the candidate on the job. Blamed me outright for the bad reception, very defensive. I was really interested in the company, but this soured me to it. Not to mention I was talked down to about my salary requirement, which is middle of the line for Sr TPM (the salary they were seeking was more in line with a mid-level non-technical PM or Sr Scrum Master position in Seattle), which tells me Adaptive doesn't invest proper resources to understand the tech side of the biotech market. Really disappointing from a company with a really cool, innovative product that I would have loved to work with.
