The first step was a phone screen to discuss the position further and checked if that fit my expectations. Next, was a virtual meeting with the two individuals that would be supervising the position. The virtual meeting lasted about 45 minutes. They both explained work styles, what their area of focus needed from the successor, and explained the benefits/perks. Last was an on-site interview that would've been with the clinical director and direct supervisor of the role.
