They ll find ur profile through Naukri and ll give you a call for an online interview. First round ll be half an hour which is both technical and communication and second round ll be the same too for another 20 minutes. They ll discuss the package and other offer details and that ll be all. They ll stop all kind of communication after this part. You have to keep calling them to get a response but sadly you wont as thy ll be ignoring all your communication either thats a mail , sms, whatsapp or calls. After wasting another week , they ll give u a very lame reason that your profile is on hold and something happened and we can look for other opportunities. The most unprofessional organisation i have ever came across and for them wasting our time in the name of interview is just like another monday. I have rejected better offers as they gave me hope and now i dont get this and i couldnt reach the other companies which i rejected as i ll be loosing my name as well as the package negotiation i ll have to do. Its okay i can get another job in couple days but the time wasted by this company , i wont get it back and the reason they gave me after salary discussion is something which no-one can expect while waiting for offer letter. In one line , if u ever get calls from this adappt.ai for an interview, better ignore and stop wasting ur time .
