The first interview step was a phone interview. Second, you get an email with a zipped up code that you have to solve with three challenges (all tests have to pass to make it to the next round, where my code work and passed all their tests and I still did not move to the next round... they did not even bother to give me feedback on why they did not move me to next steps!) They don't respect anyone's time on solving the code! It is a shame for a startup like this! Third, meet with the team and discuss the code.
