Three day process with three phazes. Tough but mostly fair. Most people fail due to lack of preperation.
Includes written test, physical agility (which is not horrible), scenario stations, multi-tasking/response to stress station, and finally panel interview.

There are no medical questions in final interview, only character based questions. The multi tasking station is a tough nut too. Pay atttention to the instructions.

Entrevista
The process included several stages ofer the course of multiple weeks. These stages included an online exam done at home, a practical scenario and oral board exam, a physical fitness test, and a panel interview with 8-10 people.
