I applied to the job via Indeed and had three phone interviews and one in-person interview. The first time I spoke with the Managing Director, we mainly spoke about the role and our needs and wants. The second interview took place with the Technical Director and focused more on my knowledge of the industry. The last phone interview was with both the Managing Director and the Technical Director, during which they seem to have asked the same questions as the first two interviews while they added their feedback. After waiting to hear from them for a whole week, they called to schedule a lunch meeting where we mainly got to know each other before they presented the offer of employment.
