Informal phone call. I contacted National Vice President of Sales directly through LinkedIn email. got a 30 minute phone interview after a few weeks of chasing. Must have experience selling to higher education at high levels. Sounded like you good company to work for. They looking for 50/50 base to commission income. Don't believe the salary range for this position on Glassdoor. She shut me down on total income of 400k. Pulled out of her maybe 250k, but not consistently for their top 3 RVP. She hesitated when I mentioned a base of 120k.
