Entrevista
Process to 2+ months. Submitted resume and was then sent a written test, about a week later was asked for a phone interview. A few days later I was asked for an on site interview. Questions were all basic resume questions and could get repetitive. At the on site I was given a 1 hour logic test and then had 5 interviews (1 informal lunch interview) with different team members. Many asked the same questions, be prepared to talk about research experience or past work experience multiple times.

Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.

Informational phone call first. If you pass, then you receive an assignment. If you pass, then you are invited to 3 hours of back-to-back interviews for "on-site." About 1-2 weeks between each round. On-site also had a logic test.
