Entrevista
Phone call followed by a data test, which was due in a week. In personal interviews with 4 people and a paper test about basic math and statistics. The interviewers dressed very casual and not professional. One of the guys did not even bring my resume to the interview and did not know what position what I was applying for. People there look very young like new graduates. Overall process is ok but I dont recommend it if you have better options.
Very quick chat with HR, then had two one-on-ones with mid-level programmers from two different projects.
Three meetings were planned, but on the day I was told due to schedule changes, one couldn’t make it, and I didn’t end up meeting the names listed for the other meetings either.
From initial application to receiving offer was about 5 months.

The interview process was three rounds, quite easy, including written test for data analysis, phone interview with an analyst, and then three back-to-back interviews with the current employees. These interviews each lasted 30 minutes.

The whole process was great. I also communicated well with the interviewer. The first round of interviews was to discuss the findings from the dataset. You need to be familiar with knowing every step while you are writing this test.
