there was a phone interview first and it's an easy one. at the one site interview an iq test was given first and then 4 of their employer gave one to one interview. But I feel that these interviews are the same, all based on your resume and ask about your experience.

First there was an analysis problem presented via email, then call with recruiter, then three interviews with analysts at the company. All behavioral besides analysis exercise. Overall great process and enjoyed talking with everyone in the company.

I find the interview process pretty good in general. I was meeting with five people from different positions. Everyone is very nice and friendly. The behavior questions are typical and are not so challenging. There is also a math test on sight.
