First step: 15 minute screening interview with an HR recruiter that lasted for 30 minutes. Second step: a 30 minute Microsoft Teams interview with the team manger that lasted almost an hour Final step: on site interviews with the team manager, manufacturing team manager, and two quality team members and a Microsoft Teams interview with another quality team manager Everyone was professional and cordial throughout the process.

The process consisted of 1 phone interview, 2 virtual interviews, and 1 in-person panel interview. The phone and virtual interviews were casual, mostly asking questions about your background and interests. The in-person interview was more structured around the STAR method.
