The interview process was extremely long and time-consuming. I went through six rounds of interviews over about a month and a half, including a presentation assignment that was very specific and detailed, which took several days to complete. After all of this, I was rejected without any clear explanation. When I asked for feedback, I never received a response. Overall, the team seemed nice and approachable. However, some of them appeared unprepared, arriving without notes or questions, which led to awkward silences and disorganised conversations. While the people were friendly, the process felt unnecessarily lengthy for the role, and the lack of feedback or closure was disappointing.
