Applied online. Took an aptitude test. A couple days later I spoke to a HR rep and scheduled a Skype interview to take a final apptitude test. Got an email later that day and and scheduled an interview a week later.

Entrevista
Applied for the position online and was contacted by a recruiting specialist
Took multiple personality assessments and answers over the phone questions from recruiter
Scheduled an in-person interview with the recruiter
Attended networking event at the Active Office the night before the interview (LOVED IT)
Interviewed the following morning and was given a really nice tour of the office upon completion of the interview

Entrevista
Two interviews with management and was hired on the spot after the second interview. Very easy-going interviews and almost felt like just hanging out. Casual environment at the time during a high transition period may be to blame.
