Related to your comment " The company is borderline racist and only want to hire of their own majority race", it is not true that we are borderline racist, as we have a good mix of different nationalities who come from Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, India, and Malaysia who work well with our local workforce. Our company are looking to prioritise on individual ‘skillset through a competency-driven skills framework, that will link and integrate the hiring process.
