Answered an ad on Craigslist which required you to submit resume and cover letter online as well as call the office and leave a message stating that your name and why you wanted to work there. Received a call within 48 hours inviting me to an interview. The night before the scheduled interview we got hit with a "snow storm" so the interview was rescheduled a few days later. The interview ended up being a group interview with myself, and three other candidates. The partners explained the company (franchised office), their backgrounds, and the position. They made it seem like their company was THE company to work at. Since I needed a job I accepted the offer.

The interview process was entirely over the phone. took about 3 weeks to received an offer. Had to ask for a written offer to be sent then offer was retracted because they expected me to get back to them by a date that was a week before the written offer was sent.
