Initially I was very interested in working with Action Property Management. I am a very qualified candidate, who was looking forward to being a Front desk Associate. However, I would be remissed if I did not mention; being "ghosted" has given me an insight into your hiring practices. Frankly, after putting my time and energy into Actions process; I find it a bit disrespectful to not receive a response to my emails. In today's tech driven society, a simple thanks, but no thanks is a “click” away! Going forward HR, please remember jobs searches, completing applications and interviewing are serious, and candidates deserve better.
