I 2 interviews via video chat and one in person. One with the recruiter, second video chat with upper level management and one in person. I did a few follow up emails after the third interview and have not heard back. I feel like this is pretty rude and unprofessional. They should give me the respect to let me know they are no longer interested in me as a candidate for the position. This company is growing rapidly which is great but there does not seem to be any sort of structure. I would not want to work for a company like this.
