First I was given a teams video meeting with the business unit manager. This gave me an overall idea on what kind of engineers and the skills required for the job. This also addresses some of the initial question I had. Next I had the interview at the business unit location with the business unit manager to address some of the specific questions that I had with the specific business unit.
