First round was an introductory call with a team member. Second round 30 min zoom with director of the team. Third round was a zoom panel with team and another round with the director. Told by the director I’d hear back one way or the other the following week. Was completely ghosted after 3 interview rounds and never heard back from the recruiter or the director. Extremely unprofessional way to conduct interviews and hiring, which probably speaks volumes about what it’s actually like to work at the organization.
