Applied through referral. HR Screening followed by 60 minutes of hiring Manager's interview. Both rounds were on Google Meet. HR asked if I knew about Kubernetes. The manager was interested in knowing what things I worked on beyond development.

- Apti 15 min 40 Question - Technical Interview - Interview was good but got reply that "We think you have several valuable qualities, we couldn’t align those with the current requirements" - Very strange that several valuable qualities not matter to them they only need what they are looking for not less or not more than that. - So disappointed after rejection because of above reason.

Gave online assessment having two parts cognitive and personality. I passed the assessment. In first technical round interviewer wasn't looking interested to hire someone. He asked few technical questions on java and rdbms. I gave the answers. I know 95% answers were correct. Then he asked 2 java program and 2 sql queries. I ran java program with expected results and queries were simple and those were also right as I ran those also after getting rejection mail. So it was all waste of time with Acquia's hiring process. God knows what they are expecting.
