Entrevista
Had a thirty minute interview at my college recruiting center. The interviewer did not ask anything about my resume, he just wanted to talk to me for thirty minutes which threw me off because I felt like there were things on my resume that needed explaining. It was a very uncomfortable interview process

Entrevista
I was first asked to do a one-way video interview in which I had to answer several questions in one take each. I then had a virtual interview with an Acosta recruiter a few days later.

The process begins when you submit your resume to their website. After that, an initial phone screening is performed by an HR associate to verify everything on your resume. If that person decides you should continue to move on, you will interview with four different people within the office. First, you will meet with the VPs (3) of the departments; they all have different situational questions for you, and will explain how and when they would be interacting with you if hired. Lastly, you interview with a person who would be your mentor in the LDP program. This interview is much less formal, and is more a test to see how compatible you two are. Generally, there will be 2-4 potential mentors, and you will have this brief meeting with all of them. Once you’ve completed this process, you need to take a drug test, and then the formal offer can be confirmed.

Phone Interview and then invited for a second in-person interview. Very conversational. They just want to see if you will be a fit for their company. The overall experience was good and they wanted to make sure that if they hire you, that you will stay for a while. Know your resume well and be comfortable with carrying on a conversation with your potential supervisors.
