You want to make sure you tell them everything about retail and sales. So say you worked a summer in high school at a retail store, tell them that it will raise your earning potential. They have certain brackets that they have for experience level 1 etc would be the lowest, experience level 2 would get you x amount for an offer per/hour etc...
