They asked vague questions. I did most of the talking because I was nervous, but also because the interviewer didn't seem prepared. They didn't seem to have the normal interview questions ready. They just wanted to talk. It almost felt like I was being asked date questions.

Phone interview went very well. Disgust moving up in the company, possible increase in hours. Discussed all job duties and income with local retail business. I was given a complete list of all job duties, possible benefits as well as pay.

At least two or three round of interviews. First H.R. will call you for initial interview then the District Manager and the Supplier. They send you e mail informing whether you pass or not.

Are you knowledgeable regarding planogram and merchandising?
It was easy, on the phone and quick, The Interviewer was an awesome person who genuinely cared about what I had to say and see where I fit into the company. It was an easy process that was good overall.
