Easiest interview I have ever done mainly because I had prior experience in the role. I basically was asked if I could lift 50 pounds and complete a background check as well as a drug test. I said yes and 2 weeks later had my background come through and my urine results. Everything was done by phone and I met my manager for a quick 30 minute training on how to submit my work. I never met my boss again.
