Got a call from a recruiter who liked my resume. After a high level discussion the role seemed like a good fit for me so she asked me slot out some availability for a phone technical screen.
Phone screen was straightforward, got a phonecall and a link to a coderpad.io doc where I was asked to describe and code out an algorithm.
Next steps will involve an on-site for several hours.

The question was basically inorder traversal- how would I write out the nodes of a binary tree from left to right

Process:
1. A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn.
2. A phone call with an Engineering Manager. This was an overview of the company and the positions opened, and then an introduction/overview of myself.
3. A 1 hour coding interview with an other Engineering Manager.
4. Onsite (I did not do this).
Overall:
The company seemed interesting, but they did move a bit slow. I think from the initial call with the engineering manager to the first interview took 2 weeks mostly due to how slow they reached back out to me. Then, after completing the first interview, it was another 2.5 weeks before they reached out to me letting me know I had been approved for a final onsite. By that time, I had already had multiple offers from larger companies, so I ended up declining to go further. They probably just weren't too excited with me for whatever reason.
The tech interview I did partake in was pretty easy. Leetcode medium -easy or maybe even just flat out easy.
